Who we are
We’re Indigital.
We’re systems change guides.
We strengthen the relationships, governance and capability that allow partnerships to work and hold over time.
We walk alongside Traditional Custodians, the resources industry and partners to ensure decisions about Country are grounded in cultural authority, shared responsibility and long-term impact.
Because the future of Country, community and industry is shared.

Where we work

We translate between worlds to create one community that shares in success.

Indigital works where different systems meet.
Between Country and industry. Between cultural governance and corporate decision-making. Between technology, knowledge and care for Country.

While many organisations focus on delivering individual projects.
Indigital focuses on the systems those projects sit within.

By strengthening relationships, governance and long-term capability, we help partnerships move beyond engagement toward shared, long-term outcomes for all.

Our Purpose
To care for Country, Communities and Culture.

Why this matters
Country holds knowledge, power and possibility.
For the resources sector, Country is where every operation begins and where long-term futures are shaped.
Mining decisions shape decades.
Country holds centuries. When development is guided by cultural authority, strong governance and shared responsibility, it creates lasting value for communities, industry and Country.
Origin story
Indigital was founded in 2014 on Mirrar Country in Kakadu National Park by Mikaela Jade, a Cabrogal woman of the Dharug Nation.
The organisation began in augmented reality storytelling, ensuring visitors experienced Country through the voices of Traditional Custodians.
From the beginning, the work was never just about technology.
It was about translating between worlds - ensuring Indigenous knowledge shapes how innovation unfolds on Country.
Over more than a decade, Indigital has worked alongside communities and partners across Australia, supporting governance, Caring for Country, digital capability, enterprise development and long-term decision-making.
Through it all, one principle has never changed:
We always begin with Country.
